BURLINGTON — The most wonderful time of year is officially here! Through December 23, you’ll find a rotating cast of 20+ talented VT artists, makers, and food vendors in City Hall Park in Burlington on Fridays from 2 - 6 p.m., Saturdays from 12 - 6 p.m., and
